Poetic Creativity Exercise: QUESTIONS

<<This is a series of 3 posts, identifiable by the image atop. I gave myself a challenge while standing in the kitchen today, waiting for my dog to go potty outside (he’s sneaky, so I had a full 90 minutes)>>

Challenge: Create as many poems in 90 minutes I’d be willing to share
Topic: Questions
Results: 2 regular – not epic – poems and 4 micropoems. The micropoems are all listed on this post; the two longer poems will each have their own post, United by the same image.

FENCE FOR TRUTH
I sit upon no Fence for Truth
Whose Value I’m committed to;
It clears my mind and cleans the view,
Ejecting doubts that linger, too.

THE KEY, PLEASE
You claim to hold the key
To Life’s eternal quandaries.
If these truths are within reach
Why not share your Key with me?

I’LL MARRY YOU
If you should have a clue
Of answers to my queries
I’ll even say “I DO”
And promise You to Marry.

MUCH PONDERING
Some folks are smart, extremely wise,
They hold a vault of gold inside,
Paid for with much pondering,
It leaves me thinking, wondering:
Is a quest for Questioning
Answered by an Answering?

I plan to discuss this exercise in my Video of the Week!!
